ω-3脂肪酸联合辅酶Q10对轻度高脂血症人群血脂干预效果的临床随机对照研究

摘  要:目的:观察ω-3脂肪酸联合辅酶Q10对轻度高脂血症人群血脂、抗氧化及炎症水平的影响。方法:筛选解放军总医院第一医学中心门诊轻度高脂血症患者90例,采用随机、对照前瞻性研究方法,随机分为ω-3脂肪酸联合辅酶Q10组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组45例干预3个月,两组均常规给予低盐低脂饮食和运动指导,A组补充ω-3脂肪酸2粒3次/日和辅酶Q10胶囊2粒2次/日(早、晚)。于干预前、后比较两组间三大营养素摄入量、人体测量指标、体成分变化、血生化、抗氧化及炎症水平的影响。结果:共有82例患者完成研究,A组42例、B组40例。干预前两组间一般情况均无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预前后两组营养素摄入量、人体测量及体成分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预结束后两组间肝、肾功能、蛋白水平、胆红素、血脂水平等指标未见显著差异(P>0.05),但比较两组间干预前后差值变化水平(∆=结束-开始),发现A组∆TC、∆LDL-C及∆非-HDL-C下降水平显著高于B组(P<0.05);抗氧化水平的影响,发现A组∆MDA水平显著高于B组(P<0.05),炎症指标水平未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:轻度高脂血症人群补充ω-3脂肪酸和辅酶Q10,对其肝肾功能无不利影响,能改善其血脂及抗氧化水平,起到降低动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病风险的作用。【Objective】To observe the effects ofω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(ω-3PUFA)combined with coenzyme Q10 on the levels of blood lipid,antioxidant and inflammation in mild hyperlipidemia.【Method】A total of 90 patients with mild hyperlipidemia in the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital were randomly divided intoω-3PUFA combined with coenzyme Q10 group(Group A)and control group(group B)by a randomized,controlled prospective study method.45 patients in each group were treated for 3 months.Both groups were given a low-salt and low-fat diet and exercise guidance.Group A was supplemented withω-3 PUFA(2 capsules 3 times/day)and coenzyme Q10(2 capsules 2 times/day).The effects of major nutrients intake,anthropometric indices,changes in body composition,blood biochemistry,antioxidant and inflammatory levels were compared between the two groups before and after intervention,respectively.【Result】A total of 82 patients completed the study(group A=42 and group B=40).There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in nutrient intake,anthropometry and body composition between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,there were no significant differences in liver and kidney function indicators,protein level,bilirubin and lipid level between the two groups(P>0.05),but compared with the difference before and after the intervention(Δ=end-start),it was found that the decrease levels ofΔTC,ΔLDL-C andΔnon-HDL-C in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The level ofΔMDA in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),and the level of inflammation index was not significantly different(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Supplementation ofω-3 PUFA and coenzyme Q10 in mild hyperlipidemia has no adverse effect on liver and kidney function,can improve lipid and antioxidant levels,and play a role in reducing the risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
