摘　　要：目的探讨中心体相关蛋白55(CEP55)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取2017年8月至2020年8月在唐山市中医医院确诊为结直肠癌并进行手术治疗的126例患者作为研究对象,收集结直肠癌患者术中切除的结直肠癌组织及癌旁组织(距离癌组织>2 cm)标本各126例。通过qPCR、免疫组化实验检测结直肠癌组织及癌旁组织中CEP55的表达,分析结直肠癌组织中CEP55的表达与临床病理特征的关系,采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,并分析结直肠癌组织中CEP55的表达与患者3年总生存率之间的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中CEP55 m RNA的表达高于癌旁组织【(1.0±0.2)vs.(0.6±0.1)】,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。免疫组化结果显示,CEP55在结直肠癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织,结直肠癌组织中CEP55高表达比例高于癌旁组织(P<0.001)。结直肠癌组织中CEP55的表达与TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤最大直径、淋巴结转移、肿瘤位置、肿瘤浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。Ⅲ+Ⅳ期结直肠癌患者组织中CEP55的表达评分高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期结直肠癌患者(P<0.001)。CEP55高表达的结直肠癌患者3年总生存率低于CEP55低表达的结直肠癌患者(70.3%vs.88.6%),差异有统计学意义(Log-rankχ^(2)=4.715,P=0.031)。结论CEP55在结直肠癌组织中高表达,与TNM分期有关,可能可以作为结直肠癌的潜在预后生物标志物。Objectives To investigate the expression of centrosome associated protein 55(CEP55)in colorectal cancer tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients who were diagnosed with colorectal cancer and underwent surgical treatment in Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to August 2020 were recruited.Samples of colorectal cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues(>2 cm away from cancer tissues)removed during operation were 126 cases each.The expression of CEP55 in colorectal cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues was detected by qPCR and immunohistochemical experiments,and the relationship between the expression of CEP55 in colorectal cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw the survival curve,and the relationship between the expression of CEP55 in colorectal cancer tissues and the 3-year overall survival rate of patients was analyzed.Results The expression of CEP55 mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues[(1.0±0.2)vs.(0.6±0.1)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Immunohistochemical results showed that the expression of CEP55 in colorectal cancer tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues,and the proportion of CEP55 high expression in colorectal cancer tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P<0.001). The expression of CEP55 incolorectal cancer tissues was associated with TNM stage (P<0.05), but not with gender, age, degree of tumor differentiation,maximum tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis, tumor location, or depth of tumor invasion (P>0.05). The expressionscore of CEP55 in patients with stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ colorectal cancer was higher than in patients with stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ colorectalcancer (P<0.001). The 3-year overall survival rate of colorectal cancer patients with high CEP55 expression waslower than that of colorectal cancer patients with low CEP55 expression
