摘　　要：侵袭性纤维瘤病是一种罕见的局部侵袭性肿瘤,通常累及肠系膜,其没有转移潜能,但浸润性生长及局部高复发性的特点可能累及周围器官,影响患者的生活质量并可能危及生命。尽管外科手术、观察等待策略、放疗、化疗等均可作为该病的治疗方式,但没有一种方式被认为是该病的标准治疗方式。本文报道1例家族性腺瘤息肉病合并小肠系膜侵袭性纤维瘤病患者的诊治过程,并回顾总结相关文献资料,旨在为临床治疗该病提供参考。Aggressive fibromatosis is a rare locally aggressive tumor that usually involves the mesostenium.It has no metastatic potential,but its infiltrative growth and high local recurrence may involve surrounding organs,affecting patients’quality of life and potentially threatening their lives.Although surgical resection,watch-and-wait strategy,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,etc.,can all be used as treatment options for this disease,none of them is considered the standard treatment.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with familial adenomatous polyposis complicated with mesostenium aggressive fibromatosis and reviews relevant literature to provide a reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
