摘  要:天然药物化学是药学专业的重要专业基础课,天然药物化学实验教学是天然药物化学课程的重要组成部分,随着科学技术的发展,多种色谱法联用技术在天然药物的提取分离中应用越来越广泛。为提高学生的天然药物化学研究与综合实践技能,以余甘子多糖的提取分离为例,我们探索了多种色谱法联用在天然产物实验教学的应用,为天然药物创新实验教学提供借鉴和参考。Medicinal chemistry of natural products is an important foundational course in pharmacy speciality.Experiment teaching is necessary for the course of medicinal chemistry of natural products.With the development of science and technology,various chromatography techniques have been increasingly applied in the extraction and separation of natural compounds.Therefore,taking the extraction and separation of polysaccharides from Phyllanthus emblica as an example,we explored the application of multiple chromatography assay in experiment teaching of natural constituents.This innovative experiment has improved comprehensive practical skills of students,providing reference and inspiration for creative experiment teaching of medicinal chemistry of natural products.
