数字化赋能新疆对外贸易的作用机理与路径研究

摘　　要：随着中国(新疆)自由贸易试验区的成立,带动新疆对外贸易进行全面升级,在数字技术推动经济发展的日益增强的背景下,数字化转型为对外贸易提供了新的发展契机。基于对大数据、人工智能、5G+等数字技术的运用,推动数据要素应用于对外贸易,通过数据要素带动技术要素、资金要素和人才要素的优化配置,带动新疆对外贸易数字化转型升级。此外,通过建立互联互通的数字化对外贸易模式对推动中国(新疆)自由贸易区试验区建设具体现实意义。鉴于此,从加快数字技术同对外贸易发展深度融合、加大对数字化资金投入、培育高水平人力资本提出了数字化赋能新疆对外贸易的具体实施路径。With the establishment of the China(Xinjiang)Pilot Free Trade Zone,Xinjiang's foreign trade has been comprehensively upgraded,and digital transformation has provided new development opportunities for foreign trade in the context of digital technology driving economic development.Based on the application of digital technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and 5G+,we will promote the application of data elements to foreign trade,and drive the optimal allocation of technology,capital and talent elements through data elements,so as to drive the digital transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's foreign trade.In addition,the establishment of an interconnected digital foreign trade model is of concrete practical significance to promote the construction of the China(Xinjiang)Free Trade Zone Pilot Zone.In view of this,the specific implementation path of digital empowerment of Xinjiang's foreign trade is proposed from accelerating the deep integration of digital technology and foreign trade development,increasing investment in digitalization,and cultivating high-level human capital.
