基于“岗课赛证”融通的旅行社经营管理课程教学实施探究——以“旅行社产品设计”为例

摘  要:推进岗课赛证综合育人,成为高等职业院校深化“三教”改革、提高人才培养质量的重要抓手。课程团队积极开展岗课赛证融通的旅行社经营管理课程教学实践,以旅行社产品设计教学项目为例,从教学整体设计、教学策略、教学实施过程、学生学习效果、反思改进措施五个方面开展课堂教学设计。课程教学依托校内旅行社实训基地,结合红色旅游创意策划大赛和“1+X”证书,运用项目教学法进行深入探索与设计,以达到对接岗位、以赛促课和以证融课的教学目标,强化全过程多维度评价,实现课程思政教学效果,促进学生创新能力、专业技能和思政素养的提升。Promoting the comprehensive education of post courses and certificates has become an important starting point for higher vocational colleges to deepen the reform of the"three educations"and improve the quality of talent training.Taking the product design teaching project of travel agency as an example,the course design of the course is carried out from five aspects:overall teaching design,teaching strategy,teaching implementation process,student learning effect,and reflection and improvement measures.Relying on the training base of the on-campus travel agency,combined with the red tourism creative planning competition and the"1+X"certificate,the course teaching method is used for in-depth exploration and design,so as to achieve the teaching objectives of docking posts,promoting courses with competitions and integrating courses with certificates,strengthen the multi-dimensional evaluation of the whole process,realize the effect of ideological and political teaching of the course,and promote the improvement of students'innovation ability,professional skills and ideological and political literacy.
