摘　　要：本文介绍了引起皮肤干燥、瘙痒和脱屑的原因,并对传统保湿的解决方案进行叙述,通过以人体功效评价方法和人体主观评价方法结合测试一款含有乳木果油、牡丹籽油、稻糠油为主要成分组成的组合物的保湿、修护功效。证实添加该组合物的乳液基质,含乳木果油、牡丹籽油、稻糠油组成的乳液基质对皮肤经表皮失水率均显著低于基础值,前臂与小腿皮肤角质层含水量均显著高于基础值。整体干燥程度/鳞屑程度评分均显著降低,皮肤SEsc和整体皮肤粗糙度评分均显著低于基础值,人体主观评价皮肤干燥、泛红、瘙痒得到了舒缓和改善。This article introduces the causes of dryness,itching and desquamation of the skin,describes the traditional moisturizing solutions,and tests the moisturizing and repairing efficacy of a composition containing shea butter,peony seed oil and rice bran oil by combining human efficacy evaluation methods and human subjective evaluation methods.It was confirmed that the emulsion matrix containing shea butter,peony seed oil and rice bran oil with the addition of the composition was significantly lower than the basic value for the transepidermal water loss rate of the skin,and the water content of the stratum corneum of the forearm and calf skin was significantly higher than the basic value.The overall dryness/scale score was significantly reduced,the skin SEsc and overall skin roughness scores were significantly lower than the basic value,and the dryness,redness and itching of the skin were soothed and improved by subjective evaluation by the human body.
