摘 要:从天然产物中发现结构新颖、具有良好生物活性的化学成分,是当前新药研发的有效途径之一,但当前的研究主要集中于其中的有机化合物。现有研究表明,天然产物中的微量金属元素与有机化合物在提取过程中可能会形成多种多样的金属配合物,这些金属配合物对与对应的单体有机化合物相比药理活性可能会发生变化,因此,金属配合物很可能也是天然产物中重要的药效物质。本文对近年来以天然产物中有机化合物为配体的金属配合物及其药理活性研究进行了归纳总结,并对此类化合物发展趋势和应用前景作出展望,为其进一步深入研究及开发利用提供一定的参考价值。Discovering chemical components with novel structures and good biological activity from natural products is one of the effective ways to develop new drugs,but current research mainly focuses on organic compounds within them.Existing research has shown that trace metal elements in natural products may form various metal complexes with organic compounds during the extraction process.These metal complexes may have varying pharmacological activities compared to their corresponding monomeric organic compounds.Therefore,metal complexes are likely to be important pharmacological substances in natural products.This article summarizes the recent research on metal complexes with organic compounds as ligands in natural products and their pharmacological activities,and prospects the development trend and application prospects of these compounds,providing a certain reference value for their further in-depth research and development and utilization.
