摘　　要：设计了采用高效液相色谱法测定药物含量的本科生化学实验。首先,配制对照品溶液和样品溶液,然后使用高效液相仪器进样。本实验可以锻炼学生制备不同梯度浓度样品的能力,熟悉供试品和对照品溶液的制备方法,掌握药物含量的测定方法,学会仪器的使用,并能了解实验数据分析,使学生进一步了解专业领域的前沿内容,提升自身科学素养和实践能力。A biochemical experiment for the determination of drug content by high performance liquid chromatography was designed.First,a control solution and a sample solution are prepared,and then the sample is injected using an HPLC instrument.This experiment can train students'ability to prepare samples of different gradient concentrations,get familiar with the preparation methods of test products and control products,master the determination methods of drug content,learn the use of instruments,and understand the analysis of experimental data,so that students can further understand the frontier content of professional fields and improve their scientific literacy and practical ability.
