摘　　要：目的:本研究自制一种医用挡舌板用于下颌第二磨牙基牙预备,分析自制医用挡舌板用于口腔修复科进行下颌第二磨牙基牙预备时的临床效果.方法:选取2020年8月—2023年8月于上海市奉贤区中心医院口腔科就诊,需行左、右下颌第二磨牙基牙预备的患者120例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例.研究组进行基牙预备时使用自制医用挡舌板挡舌,对照组进行基牙预备时使用普通口镜挡舌.比较两组下颌第二磨牙基牙预备操作时间及患者满意度.结果:研究组下颌第二磨牙基牙预备操作时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030).结论:自制医用挡舌板用于下颌第二磨牙基牙预备操作时间更短,患者满意度较高,使用方便,可为临床单人操作下颌第二磨牙基牙预备工作提供参考.Objective:In this study,a self-made medical tongue baffle was used for the preparation of the abutment of the mandibular second molar.The clinical effect of the self-made medical tongue baffle was analyzed in the dental prosthodontics department.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Shanghai Fengxian District Central Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 and needed to have left and right mandibular second molar abdenture preparation were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,sixty cases in each group.In the study group,a self-made medical tongue baffle was used for abutment preparation,while in the control group,an ordinary oral mirror was used for abutment preparation.The preparation time and patient satisfaction of the second molar abutment were compared between the two groups.Results:The preparation time of the second molar abutment in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030).Conclusion:The self-made medical tongue baffle for the preparation of mandibular second molar abutment has shorter operation time,higher patient satisfaction and convenient use,and can provide a reference for the preparation of mandibular second molar abutment in clinical single-person operation.
