摘　　要：家庭是社会的细胞,是以婚姻、血缘、收养等关系为纽带,由夫妻、父母、子女、兄弟姐妹等成员构成的一个小型共同体。家庭共同体具有强烈的伦理属性,这主要表现为:家庭共同体是一个亲情共同体,家庭共同体是一个生活共同体,家庭共同体是一个文化共同体。调节家庭共同体关系的伦理规范主要包括:以男女平等为原则,以亲子和谐为依循,以奉献国家和社会为目标。建设新时代家庭共同体的策略是:以法治保障家庭共同体建设,以德治引领家庭共同体建设,以家治推进家庭共同体建设,以自治助力家庭共同体建设,由此让每个家庭成员为家庭共同体和中华民族大家庭共同体做出贡献,这也是推进公民道德建设的重要一环。The family is the cell of society.It is a small community composed of husband and wife,parents,children,brothers and sisters and other members,with marriage,consanguinity,adoption and other relationships as the link.The family community has strong ethical attributes,which are manifested in that family community is the community of kinship,life and culture.The ethical norms regulating the relationships in the family community mainly include:taking gender equality as the principle,guided by parent-child harmony and serving the country and society as the goal.The main strategies for promoting the construction of the family community in the new era include:ensuring the construction of the family community through the rule of law;leading the construction of the family community with the rule of virtue;promoting the construction of family community through family governance;supporting the construction of the family community through autonomy,thereby enabling each family member to contribute to the family community and the Chinese nation’s great family community,which is also an important part of promoting the construction of civic morality.
