摘　　要：背景:目前食管平滑肌瘤检出率呈逐年上升趋势,其中巨大食管平滑肌瘤(GEL)可继发压迫、恶变甚至致死,经黏膜下隧道内镜肿瘤切除术(STER)治疗GEL的有效性和安全性还有待进一步验证。目的:评估STER治疗GEL的有效性和安全性。方法:收集2020年6月—2023年6月新疆军区总医院行STER手术的15例GEL患者,评估疗效、并发症、肿瘤复发和随访情况。结果:15例GEL患者中,8例男性,7例女性;年龄32~63岁;GEL均被完全切除,切缘阴性;最大肿瘤直径为8.5 cm;手术时间40~65 min,平均52 min。STER的不良事件较少,未见迟发性出血;术后均接受保守治疗;平均住院时间为6 d;术后随访均未出现不适和复发。结论:STER治疗GEL是有效、安全的。Background:At present,the detection rate of esophageal leiomyoma is increasing year by year,among which giant esophageal leiomyoma(GEL)can cause secondary compression,malignancy and even death.The efficacy and safety of submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection(STER)in the treatment of GEL need to be further verified.Aims:To assess the efficacy and safety of STER in the treatment of GEL.Methods:Fifteen GEL patients who underwent STER from June 2020 to June 2023 at General Hospital of Xinjiang Military Region were enrolled,the efficacy,complications,tumor recurrence and follow⁃up of STER were assessed.Results:In 15 patients with GEL,8 were male and 7 female;age was 32⁃63 years.GEL was completely resected and the margin was negative;the maximum tumor diameter was 8.5 cm;operation time was 40⁃65 minutes,and the average was 52 minutes.Adverse events of STER were few,and no delayed bleeding was found.Patients were all underwent conservative treatment,and average hospital stay was 6 days.No discomfort and recurrence was found in the postoperative follow⁃up.Conclusions:STER is efficacy and safety in the treatment of GEL.
