摘 要:辅助性T细胞9(Th9)主要分泌白细胞介素⁃9(IL⁃9),在自身免疫病、寄生虫感染和变态反应性疾病中发挥重要作用。Th9/IL⁃9也参与了肿瘤免疫应答,尤其在实体肿瘤中,Th9/IL⁃9表现出强大的抗肿瘤特性,但在消化系统恶性肿瘤发生、发展中的作用尚不清楚。本文主要就Th9/IL⁃9的分化调控机制、生物学特性,以及在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述,以期为Th9应用于肿瘤免疫治疗提供有价值的依据。Helper T cell 9(Th9)predominantly secretes interleukin⁃9(IL⁃9),exerting pivotal roles in autoimmune diseases,parasitic infections,and allergic conditions.Furthermore,Th9/IL⁃9 have been found to be involved in tumor immune responses,especially in solid tumors.While Th9/IL⁃9 demonstrate potent anti⁃tumor properties,their implication in the pathogenesis of digestive system malignancies remains elusive.This article reviewed the regulatory mechanisms of Th9/IL⁃9 differentiation,biological characteristics and research progress in digestive system malignancies,in order to provide a valuable theoretical basis for the potential application of Th9 in tumor immunotherapy.
