摘  要:高校思政工作应坚持把立德树人的严格要求和春风化雨、润物无声的灵活方式结合起来,因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。大学生思想政治教育获得感是思想政治教育顺应新时代质量提升、内涵发展、聚焦学生的需求趋势提出的时代课题,也是新时代高校思想政治教育实效提升的着力点和突破口。网络“圈层化”现象给高校思政工作带来新挑战。文章研究网络“圈层化”对思想政治教育带来的负面影响,分析大学生思想政治教育获得感的生成逻辑,并提出提升路径,以期为大学生创造良好的高校思政教育氛围,从而提高思想政治教育成效。The ideological and political work in colleges and universities should insistently combine the strict requirements of cultivating virtues and morality with the flexible way of kindly influence and silent nourishing of good education.It should adapt to things,advance with the times,and innovate with the situation.The sense of gain in ideological and political education for college students is a topic of the times that is in response to the trend of quality improvement,connotation development and center on students in the new era.It is also the focus and breakthrough point for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.The phenomenon of network“stratification”brings new challenges to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.This paper studies the negative impact of network“stratification”on ideological and political education,analyzes the generation logic of the sense of gain in ideological and political education for college students,and proposes the upgrading path.It expects to create a good atmosphere for ideological and political education for college students so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
