摘　　要：由于腭咽部解剖结构的特殊,很多因素会导致发生腭咽闭合不全,其治疗方案也需要基于患者腭咽闭合状况功能的准确评估作为依据。随着现代技术的不断发展,对于腭咽功能障碍患者语音及吞咽功能评估的方式方法也在不断进步。本文拟就腭咽闭合不全的原因、治疗及目前临床常有的功能评估技术方法进展作一综述。为更好地帮助腭咽闭合功能不全的患者制定个性化治疗方案提供指导。Due to the unique anatomical structure of the velopharyngeal region,many factors can lead to velopharyngeal insufficiency.The treatment plan needs to be based on an accurate evaluation of the patient's velopharyngeal closure status and function.With the continuous development of modern technology,the methods for evaluating speech and swallowing function in patients with palatopharyngeal dysfunction are constantly improving and developing.This article aims to provide a review of the causes,treatments,and current progress in functional assessment techniques commonly used in clinical practice for velopharyngeal insufficiency.It also aims to provide assistance and guidance for the development of personalized treatment plans for patients with velopharyngeal insufficiency.
