摘 要:胡安国《春秋传》对儒家亲亲观念做了深入的论述。首先,他认为“孝悌为亲亲之核”,以自然的血缘生长秩序,强化伦理的孝悌义务,表达出对社会孝道礼制重构的希冀和愿景。其次,通过阐发“容隐为亲亲之直”,将“亲亲相隐”由维护血缘亲情为目的转化为尊君的政治统治工具,以容隐制度化解了情感与法律的冲突。再次,强调“昭穆为亲亲之义”,以义凸显亲亲与尊尊相互依存的并构关系。最后,提出“尊贤为亲亲之本”的人才选拔观念,体现人才对政治治理、社会进步的关键作用。胡安国以亲亲构建的家国治理模式,对宋朝中兴之治产生了深远影响。Hu Anguo's Spring and Autumn Biography has made an in-depth discussion on the Confucian concept of Qinqin(affinity).First of all,he believes that"filial piety"is the core of kinship with the natural blood order,strengthening the ethical obligation of filial piety and expressing the hope and vision of the reconstruction of social filial piety and etiquette.Secondly,by elucidating that"concealment is the straight of kinship,"the"concealment of kinship"is transformed from the care for the purpose of maintaining blood and family ties into a political rule tool of respecting the king,and the conflict between emotion and law is resolved by the concealment system.Thirdly,"Zhaomu is the righteousness of affinity,"and the righteousness is used to highlight the interdependent relationship between affinity and respect.Finally,he puts forward the talent selection concept of"respecting talents as the basis of kinship,"reflecting the key role of talents in political governance and social progress.In short,Hu Anguo's family-state governance model based on affinity had a profound impact on the governance of the Song Dynasty.
