摘  要:研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次,培育优质的研究生人才能够加速医药产业的发展,但是随着药学专业硕士研究生的不断扩招,在培养过程中相继发现药学专业学位硕士培养方案与学术型硕士趋同、学生实践创新意识缺乏、导师对企业生产缺乏了解及校企合作制度不够完善等问题。为解决以上问题,促进医药事业的长足发展,该文提出建立以OBE先进教育理念为支撑的校企育人制度,建设与优化协同创新资源共享平台,构建基于“协同理论”为支撑的导师协同指导制度,希望能从以上三个方面着手不断完善药学专硕培养体系。Postgraduate education is the highest level of higher education,and cultivating high-quality graduate students can accelerate the development of the pharmaceutical industry.However,with the continuous expansion of the enrollment of master's students in pharmacy,it has been found that the master's degree training program of pharmacy is similar to academic master's degree,students lack the sense of practical innovation,tutors lack the understanding of enterprise production,and the imperfect school-enterprise cooperation system during the process of training.This paper proposes the establishment of a school-enterprise education system supported by the advanced education concept of OBE,the construction and optimization of a collaborative innovation resource-sharing platform,and the construction of a tutor collaborative guidance system supported by the"synergy theory"hoping to continuously improve the pharmacy master training system from the above three aspects.
