摘 要:经颅磁刺激(TMS)为无创脑刺激技术,可在一定程度上改善阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知及记忆功能。传统TMS定位误差较大。利用多种MR技术可精准显示脑结构及功能的定位信息,有助于实施精准TMS。本文围绕MR引导下TMS治疗AD进展进行综述。Transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)is a non-invasive brain stimulation technique which could improve cognitive and memory function in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD)to some extent.The targeting errors of traditional TMS were often significant.Utilizing various MR techniques could accurately visualize localization information of brain structures and functions,hence being helpful for precise TMS.The progresses of MR-guided TMS for treating AD were reviewed in this article.
