摘  要:综述食用菌遗传连锁图谱构建方法,总结香菇(Lentinula edodes)、双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)、金针菇(Flammulina filiformis)、侧耳属(Pleurotus)等食用菌遗传连锁图谱构建情况,梳理食用菌遗传连锁图谱的应用,分析存在问题,并进行前景展望,以期为食用菌遗传育种研究提供参考。The construction principles and research status of genetic linkage maps in edible fungi were reviewed.The research progress of genetic linkage maps in Lentinula edodes,Agaricus bisporus,Flammulina filiformis and edible fungi of the genus Pleurotus were categorized and summarized.The major applications and existing problems were discussed.In addition,prospects of future research and application of genetic linkage map were evaluated.
