中药源肥料增效剂对甘肃马铃薯产量及品质的影响

摘  要:为探讨中药源肥料增效剂对甘肃马铃薯产量及品质的影响,以冀张薯12号为研究对象在甘肃省渭源县进行田间小区试验,设置常规肥(CK1)、中药源增效剂配施100%常规肥(T1)、中药源增效剂配施80%常规肥(T2)、80%中药源增效剂配施100%常规肥(T3)和80%中药源增效剂配施80%常规肥(T4)5个处理,确定最佳施肥方案。考虑马铃薯品质及经济性状因素,中药源增效剂配施80%常规肥为最佳施肥方案。之后,以冀张薯12号、陇薯7号和青薯9号为研究对象,在渭源县、通渭县和定西市安定区进行田间小区试验,设置常规肥(CK2)和中药源增效剂配施80%常规肥(A)2个处理,从土壤理化性质、马铃薯产量和品质等方面评价中药源肥料增效剂的效果。结果表明,CK2土壤pH值显著高于处理A,但土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾在CK2与处理A间不存在显著差异。烂薯数在3个试验地点均表现为CK2>处理A(P<0.05),冀张薯12号和青薯9号的还原糖含量均表现为CK2>处理A(P<0.05),且冀张薯12号的单株薯块数和折合产量均表现为CK2<处理A(P<0.05)。中药源肥料增效剂配施80%常规肥可以保持原施肥方案的土壤营养水平,降低土壤碱性,减少马铃薯烂薯数和还原糖含量,提升品质,并且可使冀张薯12号增产17.88%。该配方肥较原施肥方案能够降低投入成本,可在马铃薯种植中进行推广和应用。In order to explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine source fertilizer synergists on the yield and quality of potatoes produced in Gansu,a field plot experiment was conducted in Weiyuan County,Gansu Province by using Jizhangshu 12 as the research object,and five treatments were set up,including conventional fertilizer(CK1),Chinese medicine source synergist+conventional fertilizer(T1),Chinese medicine source synergist+80%conventional fertilizer(T2),80%Chinese medicine source synergist+conventional fertilizer(T3),and 80%Chinese medicine source synergist+80%conventional fertilizer(T4),to determine the optimal fertilization plan.Considering the quality and economic factors of potatoes,the optimal fertilization plan was to apply Chinese medicine source synergist+80%conventional fertilizer.Then,this paper took Jizhangshu 12,Longshu 7,and Qingshu 9 as the research objects,conducted field experiments in Weiyuan County,Tongwei County,and Anding District of Dingxi City,two treatments of conventional fertilizer(CK2)and Chinese medicine source synergist+80%conventional fertilizer(A)were set up to evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese medicine source fertilizer synergists from the aspects of soil physicochemical properties,potato yield and quality.The results showed that soil pH value of CK2 was significantly higher than that of treatment A,but there was no significant difference in soil organic matter,total nitrogen,alkaline nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium between CK2 and treatment A.The number of rotten potatoes in all three experimental sites showed CK2>treatment A(P<0.05),while the reducing sugar content of Jizhangshu 12 and Qingshu 9 showed CK2>treatment A(P<0.05),and the number of potatoes per plant and the equivalent average yield of Jizhangshu 12 both showed CK2<treatment A(P<0.05).Chinese medicine source synergist+80%conventional fertilizer could maintain the soil nutrient level of the original fertilization plan,reduce soil alkalinity,reduce the number of rotten potatoes and reducing
