摘 要:以平菇菌糠和枯草芽孢杆菌为试验材料,进行60 d的堆肥发酵,制备平菇菌糠生物有机肥。发酵过程中通过测定温度、pH值、电导率、营养成分、C/N、腐殖酸的含量变化,判断平菇菌糠生物有机肥的腐熟程度。结果表明,发酵后的平菇菌糠C/N为15~20,有机质质量分数为46.31%,水分含量22.37%,酸碱度为8.2,总养分质量分数为4.70%,发芽指数为81%,均符合《有机肥料》(NY/T 525—2021)的相关要求,可以作为有机肥用于农业生产。Mushroom bran and Bacillus subtilis were used as experimental materials to compost and ferment for 60 days to prepare mushroom bran bio-organic fertilizer.In the process of fermentation,the changes of temperature,pH value,electric conductivity,nutrient composition,C/N and humic acid content were measured to determine the composting degree of mushroom bran bio-organic fertilizer.The results showed that the C/N of mushroom bran after fermentation was 15-20,organic matter mass fraction was 46.31%,moisture content was 22.37%,pH value was 8.2,total nutrient mass fraction was 4.70%and germination index was 81%,all of which met the related requirements of Organic Fertilizer(NY/T 525—2021),and it could be used as organic fertilizer for agricultural production.
