摘　　要：基于钻石模型理论,采用Atals.ti软件编码凝练研究生教育竞争力的关键要素,构建了包括5个维度、9项一级指标、15项二级指标的区域研究生教育竞争力评价指标体系。采用因子分析法对区域研究生教育竞争力进行实证分析,层次上将区域研究生教育竞争力划分为竞争优势地区、竞争相对优势地区、竞争中等地区、竞争相对弱势地区以及竞争弱势地区等5个级别,类型上划分为内生驱动型、外需导向型、质量导向型、均衡发展型四类。最后基于评价结果,提出区域研究生教育发展的建议。Based on the diamond model theory,this paper abstracts the key elements of postgraduate education competitiveness using the software of Atals.ti,and constructs a regional postgraduate education competitiveness evaluation index system including five dimensions,nine primary indicators and 15 secondary indicators.The factor analysis method is used to empirically analyze the competitiveness of regional postgraduate education.The competitiveness of regional postgraduate education is divided into five levels:dominant area,comparatively dominant area,medium area,comparatively weak area and weak area.The types are divided into endogenous driving type,external demand oriented type,quality oriented type and balanced development type.Finally,based on the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of regional postgraduate education.
