县域小学生心理健康状况调查与对策研究

摘　　要：为了解县域小学生的心理健康状况,采用《心理健康诊断测验(MHT)》对张家口市县域九所小学进行调查,发现寄宿生的心理健康状况显著低于非寄宿生;单亲家庭小学生的心理健康状况显著低于非单亲家庭小学生;学习焦虑成为小学生的首要心理健康问题。总体而言,寄宿生和单亲家庭小学生的心理问题较为突出,应该采取相应的干预措施:打造专业的心理健康教育教师队伍,丰富学生教育形式;加强家校合作,重视家庭教育的重要性;创建多元化评价体系,缓解学生学习焦虑;增强学校心理咨询中心的服务功能。In order to understand the mental health status of primary school students in the county,the Mental Health Test(MHT)was used to investigate nine primary schools in Zhangjiakou City.The result shows the mental health status of boarding students was significantly lower than that of non-boarding students;and the mental health status of primary school students from single-parent families was significantly lower than that of primary school students from non-single-parent families;Learning anxiety has become the primary mental health issue for students.Overall,the psychological problems of boarding students and students from single parent families are more prominent,and corresponding intervention measures should be taken:Cultivate a professional mental health education team and enri the forms of student education;Strengthen family-school cooperation and attach importance to the importance of family education;Create a diversified evaluation system to alleviate student learning anxiety;Enhance the service function of school psychological counseling centers.
