摘 要:单向拉伸高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)土工格栅是一种具有高断裂强度和低蠕变率的拉伸格栅筋条,最大幅宽4m,最大抗拉强度可达260kN/m。本文以一典型加筋边坡工程为例,将其与常规土工格栅进行加固计算对比。通过结果分析:新型土工格栅抗拉强度和屈服强度比常规土工格栅提高约63%;在相同土工格栅布置的情况下,可有效提高边坡整体稳定系数约18%;在相同的边坡加固效果下,采用新型土工格栅可显著节省筋材用量约36%;在相同的边坡稳定状态下,采用新型土工格栅可显著增加边坡填筑高度约67%。因此,该新型土工格栅在边坡加固中具有显著的优势和广阔的应用前景。Unidirectional high-density polyethylene(HDPE)geogrid is a type of tensile reinforcement with high tensile strength and low creep rate.It has a maximum width of 4 meters and a maximum tensile strength of up to 260kN/m.This article takes a typical reinforced slope project as an example and compares it with conventional geogrids for reinforcement calculations.By result analysis:the new geogrid has approximately 63%higher tensile strength and yield strength compared to conventional geogrids.Under the same geogrid arrangement,it effectively improves the overall slope stability coefficient by approximately 18%.With the same reinforcement effect on the slope,using the new geogrids can significantly reduce the amount of reinforcement material by about 36%.Under the same slope stable condition,the use of the new geogrid can significantly increase the filling height of the slope by approximately 67%.Therefore,the new geogrids have significant advantages and broad application prospects in slope reinforcement.
