长三角高水平行业特色大学联盟的创新发展及战略引导

摘　　要：基于长三角高水平行业特色大学联盟高校大学章程和“十四五”发展规划,从办学定位和人才培养目标出发,考察高校发展战略定位,分析联盟高校的基本特征及其差异,研究发现:部分高校存在办学目标趋高、服务面向宽泛、人才培养特色不明显等问题。基于此,各联盟高校依据自身的发展定位和优势制定了学科发展、人才培养、科研创新服务、文化传承、对外交流合作等方面的行动策略;并进一步,从构建树状学科群,推进产教融合、科教融汇,巩固拓展行业服务领域,加强行业高校联动等方面,引导完善联盟高校发展战略布局。Based on the university charter and the“14th Five-Year Plan”of the high-level industry characteristic university alliance in the Yangtze River Delta,starting from the positioning of education and talent cultivation objectives,examining the development strategic positioning of universities,and analyzing the basic characteristics and differences of alliance universities,it was found that:some universities have problems such as overly ambitious educational goals,broad service orientation,and unclear characteristics in talent cultivation.Based on this,each alliance university has formulated action strategies in disciplines development,talent cultivation,scientific research innovation services,cultural inheritance,and external exchanges and cooperation according to its own development positioning and advantages.Furthermore,through the establishment of a hierarchical discipline group,the promotion of industry-education integration,the integration of science and education,the consolidation and expansion of the industry service field,and the strengthening of industry-university collaboration,efforts are made to guide and improve the strategic layout of alliance university development.
