探究中医思想指导下的质量改进团队管理模式在老年科护理管理中的应用成效

摘　　要：目的探讨在中医思想指导下落实质量团队管理在老年科护理管理中的应用成效。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月麻城市人民医院中医老年科任职的30名护士作为研究对象,根据时间的不同分为两组,2022年1—12月设为对照组(实施常规护理管理),2023年1—12月设为研究组(在护理管理中引入中医思想、质量改进团队管理模式)。对比两组护士的考核成绩、综合能力评分、工作压力评分、职场正念评分、职业满意度评分。结果研究组护士的考核成绩、综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组阶段护士的工作压力评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士的职场正念评分、职业满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医院老年科护理管理中,在中医思想指导下落实质量团队管理,不仅能够有效提高老年科护士对护理理论知识、操作技能的掌握度,培养其综合护理能力,还能减轻护士在护理工作中的压力,使其职场正念和职业满意度得以提高。Objective To explore the effect of implementing quality team management in geriatric nursing management under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods A total of 30 nurses from the Chinese Medicine Geriatrics Department of the People's Hospital of Macheng City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the time,from January to December 2022,the group was set as the control group(implementing routine nursing management),and from January to December 2023,it was set as the research group(introducing TCM ideas and quality improvement team management mode in nursing management).The assessment scores,comprehensive ability scores,work stress scores,workplace positive thoughts scores,and career satisfaction scores of the nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The assessment scores and comprehensive ability scores of the nurses in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The work stress scores of the nurses in the study group stage were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the workplace positivity scores and career satisfaction scores of the nurses in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of hospital geriatric department,the implementation of quality team management under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine can not only effectively improve the grasp of nursing theoretical knowledge and operational skills of geriatric nurses,cultivate their comprehensive nursing ability,but also reduce the pressure of nurses in nursing work,so that their workplace mindfulness and career satisfaction can be improved.
