严修与清末直隶师范教育

摘　　要：严修作为清末锐意新学的教育思想家和教育实践家,较早地致力于新式教育的变革。他在教育改革过程中敏锐地认识到师范教育的重要性与迫切性,由此,以直隶为中心主持建立了师范教育层级体制,并亲自参与了师范教育的实践,不仅使清末直隶师范教育取得了显著成就,也对近代师范教育乃至新式教育的发展产生了重要影响。As an educational ideology and practitioner in the late Qing Dynasty,Yan Xiu was an early contributor to the transformation of new-style education.In the process of educational reform,he keenly recognized the importance and urgency of normal education.As a result,he led the establishment of a hierarchical system of normal education centered around Zhili,and personally participated in the implementation of normal education,which not only made significant achievements in normal education in Zhili during the late Qing Dynasty,but also had a significant impact on the development of normal education and even new-style education.
