摘　　要：从同时关联用户感受与数字资源所有权的UGC入手,研究可以提升用户认知度与实践力的元宇宙图书馆知识共享服务,拓宽图书馆知识共享服务研究视角;通过解读元宇宙图书馆UGC知识共享服务特点,分析其影响因素及作用路径。元宇宙技术、主体共享意愿影响因素可以对服务发挥直接作用,是技术框架与前提条件;生态竞争环境、知识资源客体通过主体共享意愿产生间接影响,推动服务运转;知识服务主体通过元宇宙技术、生态竞争环境、知识资源客体对服务发生调节作用。通过设计技术框架、实施奖惩机制、管理知识资产价值与储备维度,可以优化直接、间接作用;通过构建五维度管理体系、绩效评价组织机制、营造生态竞争氛围,可以深化调节作用。Starting with UGC that can simultaneously relate user experience and digital resource ownership,this paper studies metaverse library knowledge sharing services that can enhance user awareness and practical ability,and expands the research perspective of library knowledge sharing services;analyzes its influencing factors and pathways of action by interpreting the characteristics of UGC knowledge sharing services in the metaverse library.Metaverse technology and the influencing factors of subject sharing willingness can play a direct role in services,which are the technical framework and prerequisite;the ecological competitive environment and knowledge resource objects have an indirect impact through the willingness of the subject to share,promoting service operation;the subject of knowledge services regulates services through metaverse technology,ecological competitive environment,and knowledge resource objects.By designing a technical framework,implementing reward and punishment mechanisms,and managing the value and reserve dimensions of knowledge assets,direct and indirect effects can be optimized;by constructing a five dimensional management system,performance evaluation organizational mechanism,and creating an ecological competitive atmosphere,the regulatory role can be deepened.
