摘 要:双碳背景下,汽车轻量化成为企业减碳降碳的主要技术路径之一,轻量化材料的开发快速推动车身轻量化技术的发展。合适的材料用在合适的部位,汽车车身材料由全钢制车身向轻量化多材料车身发生变化,轻量化新材料的应用对涂装工艺提出了挑战和新的技术要求。本研究主要对钢、铝、塑料及碳纤维复合材料等轻量化材料车身的涂装工艺关键技术、防腐管控等进行了详细研究和分析。Driven by the double carbon policy,the lightweight automobile has become one of the main technical paths for the enterprise to reduce carbon emission.The development of lightweight material promotes rapidly the development of lightweight automobile body technology.The application of new lightweight materials has put forward challenges and new technical requirements to the coating process.The application of new lightweight materials has brought about the change from steel body to lightweight multi-material body.In this paper,the key technology of coating process and anticorrosion control of lightweight material body,such as steel,aluminum,plastic and carbon fiber composite,are discussed in detail.
