摘 要:在新医科背景下,熟练、交叉使用专业知识促进中医药产学研一体化发展是中药学专业创新型人才培养的最终目标。药用植物学作为中药学专业的核心基础课程,其课程改革是中药创新型人才培养的重点环节之一。本文针对医科院校中药学专业特点,提出并实践一系列基于中药创新型人才培养的药用植物学教学改革措施,并以笔者所在院校为例,详细介绍在以能力培养为主线的教学过程中,如何进行教学内容、教学模式及评价体系等方面的设计、优化与创新。在此基础上,探讨这一系列改革措施对中药学创新型人才培养、中药学科交叉知识体系构建等宏观问题的现实意义,以期为中医药拔尖创新人才培养奠定基础。In the context of new medical science,the ultimate goal of cultivation of innovative talents in Chinese materia medica is proficiency and cross-use of professional knowledge to promote the integrated development of TCM industry.Pharmaceutical botany is a core basic course in the major of Chinese materia medica,and its teaching reform is one of the key aspects in cultivation of innovative talents in Chinese materia medica.Considering the teaching features of Chinese materia medica,this article proposed and practiced a series of teaching reform measures of pharmaceutical botany based on the cultivation of innovative talents in Chinese materia medica.Taking the authors' university as an example,this article provided a detailed introduction to how to design,optimize,and innovate teaching content,teaching modes,and evaluation systems in the teaching process that focuses on cultivating abilities.On this basis,the influence of reform measures on cultivation of innovative talents and construction of interdisciplinary knowledge system in Chinese materia medica was discussed,in order to lay the foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents in Chinese materia medica.
