摘　　要：凹凸棒石是一种天然含水富镁铝硅酸盐矿物,具有一维纳米棒状形貌、规整纳米孔道、永久结构负电荷和表面活性基团。作为功能性饲料原料,凹凸棒石可以改善饲料机械强度和动物养殖环境、吸附霉菌毒素和重金属离子、促进肠道健康和提高动物生产性能。经功能化改性后,赋予抗氧化和广谱抗菌等功能,可用于抗生素替代。围绕凹凸棒石在畜牧业健康养殖中的高值应用,文章综述了凹凸棒石在霉菌毒素吸附剂、抗菌材料、饲料粘结剂和养殖环境净化材料等方面的最新研究进展,展望了未来研究及关注重点,以期推进凹凸棒石在动物生产中的高效应用,同时为我国动物健康安全养殖提供新思路。Attapulgite is a naturally available hydrated magnesium‐aluminum silicate mineral with one-dimensional nanorod-like morphology,regular nanochannels,permanent structural negative charges and surface active groups.As a functional feed raw material,attapulgite can improve feed mechanical strength and animal breeding environment,adsorb mycotoxins and heavy metal ions,promote intestinal health,and enhance animal production performance.After being modified,attapulgite is endowed with functions of antioxidation,broad-spectrum antibacterial activity,etc.to be served as an alternative to antibiotics.Focusing on the high-value application of attapulgite in healthy animal husbandry,this article reviews the latest research progress of attapulgite in mycotoxin adsorbent,antibacterial material,feed binder and environmental purification material,and the outlook on the future research focus is proposed.It is expected to promote the efficient applications of attapulgite in animal production and provide new ideas for healthy and safe animal breeding in China.
