摘 要:针对采煤机和刮板输送机连续高速运转造成的能源浪费和运输效率低的问题,基于多传感器信息融合技术,选取采煤机摇臂振动信号、截割电机电流信号以及调高油缸压力信号作为表征信号,利用RBF神经网络识别参数得到采煤机的煤岩截割状态。开展采煤机煤岩截割实验,读取采煤机截割煤、岩时的参数信号进行分析,验证预测效果为97.2%.对采煤机双向割煤过程中刮板输送机载煤量的变化进行分析,探究负载与电机电流的关系,为刮板输送机-采煤机协同调速提供依据和控制策略,有效解决采煤机和刮板输送机恒速运行模式下刮板输送机负载变化过大,避免了煤量短时过度累积和卸载。研究结果为加强矿区的安全建设提供一定的技术依据,避免了各种装置及设备的损失,对提高提煤矿的经济效益具有重要意义。In order to reduce the waste of energy and low transportation efficiency caused by the continuous high-speed operation of coal wining machine and scraper conveyor,based on the multi-sensor information fusion technology.The vibration signal of the rocker arm,the current signal of the cutting motor and the pressure signal of the adjusting cylinder are selected as the characteristic signals,and the cutting state of the coal miner is obtained by using RBF neural network to identify the parameters.The experiment of coal and rock cutting of coal mining machine was carried out,and the parameter signals of coal mining machine cutting coal and rock were read and analyzed,and the prediction effect was verified to be 97.2%.Analyze the change of coal loaded by scraper conveyor in the process of bidirectional coal cutting of coal mining machine,explore the relationship between load and motor current,provide the basis and control strategy for the cooperative speed regulation of scraper conveyor-coal mining machine,and effectively solve the problem of excessive change of load of scraper conveyor in the mode of constant-speed operation of coal mining machine and scraper conveyor,and avoid the short-term over-accumulation and unloading of the amount of coal.Research results provide certain technical basis for improving the safety construction of the mine,avoid the damage of various devices and devices,which is significant for improving the economic efficiency of the proposed coal mine.
