摘 要:选取湖北神农架地区玉米须,通过L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验筛选玉米须多糖的超声最佳提取条件,并考察清除DPPH、ABTS+的能力对其抗氧化性展开评价,以此为原料研制护手霜并进行性能评价。结果表明:玉米须多糖的最佳提取工艺为:超声提取时间为50 min,超声温度为50℃,超声功率为300 W和料液比为1∶20(g∶mL),此条件下多糖验证试验平均含量为1.67%,RSD为1.6%。玉米须多糖在0~153μg·mL^(-1)范围内对DPPH清除率最高达82.5%,在0~30μg·mL^(-1)范围内对ABTS+的清除率最高达78.4%,以玉米须多糖为原料研制得到细腻均匀、品质良好的护手霜,为湖北神农架玉米须的开发利用提供了科学理论参考。Selecting corn silk from the Shennongjia area of Hubei Province,the optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions for corn stalks polysaccharides were screened through L 9(34)orthogonal experiments.The ability to remove DPPH and ABTS+was evaluated for its antioxidant properties.Based on this,hand cream was developed and its performance was evaluated.Results show that the optimal combination of conditions for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of corn silk polysaccharide were 50 min,50℃,300 W and 1∶20(g∶mL),and the average polysaccharide contents of the extraction conditions were 1.67%,and the RSD was 1.6%.The scavenging ability of corn silk polysaccharide to DPPH free radical in the range of 0~153μg·mL^(-1) was positively correlated with dose effect,and the highest scavenging rate was 82.5%.In the range of 0~30μg·mL^(-1),the scavenging ability of corn silk polysaccharide to ABTS+free radical showed a dose-effect positive correlation,and the highest scavenging rate was 78.4%.A delicate,uniform,and high-quality hand cream was developed using corn silk polysaccharides as raw materials which provides a scientific theoretical reference for the further development of Hubei Shennongjia corn silk medicinal materials.
