喷他佐辛中甲醇、乙醇等8种残留溶剂的气相色谱分析研究

摘  要:建立了喷他佐辛中甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、二氯甲烷、甲基叔丁基醚、异丙醚、正庚烷和正丁醇8种残留溶剂的气相色谱分析方法。GC采用的色谱柱为DB-624(30 m×0.53 mm,膜厚3μm),固定液为6%氰丙基苯基-94%二甲基聚硅氧烷,载气为氮气,分流比为10∶1进行测定,在21 min内完成检测。实验结果显示,乙醇和丙酮的检测含量范围分别为13×10^(-6)~20×10^(-6)和816×10^(-6)~1109×10^(-6),甲醇、氯甲烷、甲基叔丁基醚、异丙醚、正庚烷和正丁醇均为未检出。建立的分析方法简单、快速、高效、准确可靠,能够满足喷他佐辛中甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、二氯甲烷、甲基叔丁基醚、异丙醚、正庚烷和正丁醇8种残留溶剂的定量分析要求。A gas chromatographic method was developed for the determination of eight residual solvents,namely methanol,ethanol,acetone,dichloromethane,methyl tert-butyl ether,isopropyl ether,n-heptane and n-butanol in pentazocine.The chromatographic column used for the GC was DB-624(30 m×0.53 mm,film thickness 3μm)and the stationary solution was 6% cyano-propylphenyl-94% dimethylpolysiloxane with the carrier gas nitrogen and the shunt ratio of 10∶1 for the the assay which was completed within 21 min.The results showed that ethanol and acetone were detected in the ranges of 13×10^(-6)~20×10^(-6) and 816×10^(-6)~1109×10^(-6),respectively,and methanol,chloromethane,methyl tert-butyl ether,isopropyl ether,n-heptane and n-butanol were not detected.The analytical method developed in this paper is simple,rapid,efficient,accurate and reliable,and can meet the requirements for the quantitative analysis of the eight residual solvents in pentazocine.
