摘　　要：多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)是除白血病之外最常见的血液系统恶性肿瘤,极少累及皮肤。轻链骨髓瘤是MM的一种少见变体,约占MM病例的15%~20%。本文报道一例周身泛发皮疹的轻链型骨髓瘤,患者经组织病理和免疫组化确诊,化疗2周皮损消退。Multiple myeloma(MM) is the most common hematological malignancy after leukemia,which rarely involves skin.Light chain myeloma is a rare variant of MM,accounting for approximately 15%-20% of all MM cases.We report a case of light-chain myeloma with a generalized rash.The patient was diagnosed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry,and the skin lesions subsided after 2 weeks of chemotherapy.
