摘 要:农业信息化硕士是我国农业科研领域人才组成的重要部分,农业科研领域人才的缺乏会严重阻碍农业科技创新发展。因此,如何构建合理的农业信息化硕士专业人才培养模式,已成为农业信息化人才培养领域亟待解决的重要难题。文章从分析农业信息化专业联合培养研究生人才培养模式存在的问题,对产学研背景下农业信息化硕士专业学位研究生人才培养模式进行分析。通过培养合作机制、课程优化设置、实践环节设置、学术交流合作、质量评估与监控等相关改革措施,为学生提供更丰富的学习资源和实践机会,培养出更符合农业信息化行业需求的高级专业人才。Masters in agricultural informatization are an important part of the talent pool in our country’s agricultural scientific research field.The lack of talents in the agricultural scientific research field will seriously hinder the innovation and development of agricultural science and technology.Therefore,how to construct a reasonable talent training model for master’s degree majors in agricultural informatization has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in the field of agricultural informatization talent training.This article analyzes the existing problems in the talent training model for joint training of graduate students in agricultural informatization majors,and analyzes the talent training model for master’s degree graduates in agricultural informatization under the background of the industry-university-research.It provides students with richer learning resources and practice through relevant reform measures such as training cooperation mechanisms,curriculum optimization settings,practice link settings,academic exchanges and cooperation,quality assessment and monitoring,etc.and cultivates advanced professional talents that are more in line with the needs of the agricultural information industry.
