摘　　要：全面推进高质量发展是高校图书馆新时代的努力方向,也对智慧馆员队伍建设提出了新的要求。文章对高校图书馆智慧馆员的核心能力进行了阐述,在此基础上对高质量发展背景下高校智慧馆员队伍建设面临的现实困境加以梳理,建议可以从强化职业认同和角色意识,增强智慧馆员队伍凝聚力;完善管理制度,保障智慧馆员队伍有序壮大;优化人才结构,协调智慧馆员队伍平衡发展;加强能力培养,提升智慧馆员队伍整体素质等方面不断提高智慧馆员队伍建设的水平,从而为图书馆的高质量发展提供强有力的支撑。University libraries are pursuing high-quality development comprehensively in the new era,which puts forward new requirements for the construction of intelligent librarians.This paper expounds the core competence of intelligent librarians in university,and then systematically analyzes the practical dilemma under the background of high-quality development.Suggestions are proposed as follows:strengthen professional identity and role awareness to enhance the cohesion of intelligent librarians;improve the management system to ensure the orderly growth of intelligent librarians;optimize the talent structure to coordinate the balanced development of intelligent librarians;strengthen ability cultivation to improve the overall quality of intelligent librarians.In this way,the construction of intelligent librarians can be continuously improved which will provide strong support for the high-quality development of libraries.
