摘 要:青光眼是多机制参与的以视网膜神经节细胞丧失和视神经退行性病变为特征的一种进行性视神经病变,发病机制尚不清楚.星形胶质细胞是构成视网膜和视盘的主要细胞之一,在眼压波动及视网膜组织损伤中,星形胶质细胞发生活化并参与应答,释放多种具有神经保护性或神经毒性作用的免疫调节因子或趋化因子.星形胶质细胞在青光眼视神经病变中具有重要作用,调控反应性星形胶质细胞可能为青光眼的预防和治疗提供潜在的治疗靶点.Glaucoma is a progressive optic neuropathy characterized by the loss of retinal ganglion cells and degenerative changes in the optic nerve,with multiple mechanisms involved in its pathogenesis that are not yet well understood.Astrocytes are one of the main cell types that make up the retina and optic disc,and during fluctuations in intraocular pressure and retinal tissue injury,astrocytes become activated and participate in the response by releasing various immune regulatory factors or chemotactic factors with neuroprotective or neurotoxic effects.Recent studies have shown that astrocytes play an important role in glaucoma optic neuropathy,and regulating the reactivity of astrocytes may provide potential therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of glaucoma.
