摘 要:模拟移动床色谱(Simulated moving bed chromatography,SMBC)是一种新型分离手段,具有分离效果好、投资成本少以及适合连续性大规模生产等特点,近些年来备受关注,研究热度居高不下,在食品、化工和制药等行业均有广泛应用。SMBC由模拟移动床技术与色谱分离技术相结合产生,通过回顾色谱分离技术的起源,介绍模拟移动床色谱分离技术的原理及应用领域,列举模拟移动床色谱在高效分离淀粉糖、低聚糖、糖醇及有机酸等混合物的实际应用场景,为该技术的工业应用提供参考。Simulated moving bed chromatography(SMBC)represents a novel separation method characterized by high separation efficiency,low investment costs,and suitability for continuous large-scale production.In recent years,it has garnered significant attention and research focus,finding widespread applications in industries such as food,chemicals,and pharmaceuticals.SMBC combines the principles of simulated moving bed technology with chromatographic separation technology.This review begins by tracing the origins of chromatographic separation technology and subsequently introduces the principles and application fields of simulated moving bed chromatographic separation technology.The narrative then delves into practical applications,outlining scenarios where simulated moving bed chromatography has proven effective in efficiently separating mixtures of starch sugars,oligosaccharides,sugar alcohols,and organic acids.By providing insights into these application scenarios,this review serves as a valuable reference for the industrial adoption of simulated moving bed chromatography technology.
