大黄蒽醌类物质药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：大黄为常用的传统大宗中药材,临床应用广泛,具有清热泻火、凉血解毒、逐瘀通经、利湿退黄之功效。大黄具有多种药效成分,其中蒽醌为主要药效成分之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化等多种药理作用,广泛应用于肝癌、肺癌、鳞癌、胰腺炎、结肠炎等疾病的治疗,针对不同疾病,此类物质具有不同的作用机制和作用靶点。本文在查阅国内外有关大黄蒽醌类物质文献资料的基础上对该物质的药理作用及作用机制的相关研究进展进行了归纳总结,以期为大黄蒽醌类物质的研究与开发利用提供参考。Rhubarb is a commonly used traditional Chinese herbal medicine with a wide range of clinical applications.Anthraquinones contained in rhubarb are the main pharmacodynamic components.Rhubarb has a variety of pharmacodynamic components,among which anthraquinone is one of the main pharmacodynamic components with high content,which has a variety of pharmacological effects such as antitumor,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antioxidant.It is widely used in the treatment of liver cancer,lung cancer,squamous cell carcinoma,pancreatitis,colitis and other diseases.For different diseases,such substances have different mechanisms of action and targets.In this paper,the pharmacological action and mechanism are summarized,in order to provide a reference for the research,development and utilization of rhubarb anthraquinones.
