摘　　要：船员队伍是推进航运发展的基础。如何打造一支稳定、可靠的船员队伍,进一步提升船员行业的高质量发展,成为江苏省航运企业船员队伍建设的难题。在分析江苏船员队伍发展的现状及成因的基础上,围绕现代治理视阈下船员队伍建设核心,从主管机关、行业组织和企业自身三个层面,提出江苏船员队伍建设的举措。The crew team is the foundation for promoting the development of shipping.How to build a stable and reliable crew team to further enhance the high-quality development of the crew industry has become a challenge for the crew team construction of shipping enterprises in Jiangsu Province.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and causes of the development of Jiangsu's crew team,this paper focuses on the core of crew team construction from the perspective of modern governance.Measures for the construction of Jiangsu's crew team are proposed from three levels:competent authorities,industry organizations,and enterprises themselves.
