农业企业绿色创业动机及其驱动因素的实证分析

摘　　要：通过农业企业访谈和问卷调查,本文采用因子分析和结构方程模型等方法,实证分析农业企业绿色创业动机结构及其驱动因素。实证结果发现,当前我国农业企业绿色创业动机是由获取资源、获取竞争优势和可持续发展三个维度构成的动机结构,充满战略性思维。政府政策支持、企业绿色价值观、绿色消费需求、环境监管和竞争强度是驱动农业企业绿色创业动机的主要因素。政府政策支持、绿色消费需求、竞争强度激发了农业企业获取竞争优势和获取资源的动机;企业绿色价值观对农业企业的可持续发展和竞争优势动机有显著的正向影响,对获取资源动机有负向影响;环境监管激发了农业企业的可持续发展动机。本研究拓展了绿色创业动机理论,为政府制定扶持政策和企业绿色创业实践提供了新的启示。Through interviews and questionnaire surveys with agricultural enterprises,this article uses methods such as factor analysis and structural equation modeling to empirically analyze the motivation structure and driving factors of green en-trepreneurship in agricultural enterprises.Empirical research finds that the current green entrepreneurial motivation of agricul-tural enterprises in China is composed of three dimensions:resource acquisition,competitive advantage acquisition,and sus-tainable development,which are full of strategic thinking.Government policy support,corporate green values,green consump-tion demand,environmental regulation,and competitive intensity are the main factors driving green entrepreneurial motivation of agricultural enterprises.Government policy support,green consumption demand,and competitive intensity have stimulated the green entrepreneurial motivation of agricultural enterprises to obtain competitive advantages and resources;The green val-ues of enterprises have a significant positive impact on the sustainable development and competitive advantage motivation of ag-ricultural enterprises,but have a negative impact on the motivation to obtain resources;Government environmental regulation has stimulated the sustainable development motivation of agricultural enterprises.This paper expands the theory of green en-terepreneurial motivation and provides new insights for government to formulate supportive policies and for enterprises to prac-tice green entrepreneurship.
