摘　　要：抑郁症(major depression disorder,MDD)是一种常见的精神障碍,严重困扰患者并影响其生活质量,并对社会造成沉重的负担。药物治疗作为抑郁症的主要治疗手段,在抑郁症治疗中发挥着重要作用,随着对抑郁症研究的深入,抗抑郁药物的类型与治疗理念也在不断发展。现基于国内外相关文献及研究资料,对抑郁症药物治疗的进展进行论述。Major depression disorder(MDD)is a common mental disorder that significantly impacts the quality of life of patients and imposes a heavy burden on society.Pharmacotherapy is the main treatment method for MDD and plays a crucial role in the management of MDD.With the in-depth studies on MDD,the types of antidepressive agents and treatment concepts have been developed continuously.This article reviews the advances in pharmacotherapy for MDD based on related articles and research data in China and globally.
