摘　　要：随着移植技术的普及,越来越多的终末期器官功能衰竭患者接受移植手术,此类患者大多需在重症医学科接受进一步监护治疗。由于器官移植患者存在免疫抑制,其发生医院感染的风险显著升高。因此,对于此类患者,需更严格地落实呼吸机相关性肺炎、导管相关血流感染、导管相关尿路感染、手术部位感染预防的集束化管理措施;同时,需要采用更严格的医院感染制度和人员管理策略。本文结合指南推荐意见及临床经验,围绕器官移植患者的医院感染预防展开论述,以期为重症医学科临床诊疗提供参考和借鉴。With the popularization of transplantation technology,an increasing number of end-stage organ failure patients are undergoing transplantation surgery,and most of these patients need further monitoring and treatment in the department of critical care medicine.Due to immune suppression in transplant patients,the risk of hospital acquired infection is significantly increased.Therefore,for these patients,it is necessary to im-plement more stringent bundled management measures for the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia,catheter-related bloodstream infections,catheter-related urinary tract infections,and surgical site infections.At the same time,stricter institutional and personnel management is needed.This article,taking into account the guideline recommendations and the experience of our center,focuses on the prevention of hospital acquired in-fection in organ transplant patients,in order to provide reference for clinical practice of critical care medicine.
