摘　　要：大学生作为新时代中的新生代,肩负着中国特色社会主义建设的伟大使命,其健康发展至关重要。高校作为育人主阵地,在促进大学生全面、健康发展的过程中承担着义不容辞的责任。随着高校发展环境日益复杂,影响校园安全的不稳定因素持续增多,各种突发事件呈现递增态势,如校园暴力、交通事故等,特别是在“互联网+”背景下,突发事件引发的负面舆论会迅速在社会层面发酵,造成极其恶劣的影响。基于对高校突发事件应急管理现状的概述与分析,就其相关运行机制完善策略展开了探究。As the new generation in the new era,college students shoulder the great mission of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,and their healthy development is crucial.As the main position of education,colleges and universities bear the unshirkable responsibility in promoting the comprehensive and healthy development of college students.With the increasingly complex development environment of colleges and universities,the unstable factors affecting campus security continue to increase,and various emergencies show an increasing trend,such as campus violence,traffic accidents,etc.Especially in the era of“Internet plus”,the negative public opinion caused by emergencies can quickly ferment at the social level,causing extremely bad effects.Based on the overview and analysis of the current situation of emergency management in colleges and universities,this paper probes into the relevant operation mechanism improvement strategies.
