摘 要:新文科建设强调文科教育在培养目标、教学内容和人才评价上均要有所创新。新文科理念下的法学教育与课程思政建设在目标、理念和创新思维上具有高度的契合性。建立新文科背景下法学专业课程思政教学模式,包括明晰新文科背景下每一科目课程思政的教学目标;构建规范化、模块化的课程思政教学方式;构建新文科背景下多元化的教学评价体系。新文科背景下法学专业课程思政教学模式的建立可以最大限度地实现新文科和课程思政的目标。The construction of new liberal arts emphasizes innovation in terms of training objectives,teaching content,and talent evaluation.The legal education under the new liberal arts concept is highly compatible with the curriculum ideology and politics construction in terms of goals,concepts,and innovative thinking.We should establish a teaching model for ideological and political education in legal courses under the background of the new liberal arts,including clarifying the teaching objectives of ideological and political education in each subject,constructing a curriculum ideology and politics teaching design based on the BOPPPS model,and building a diversified teaching evaluation system in the context of the new liberal arts to achieve the goal of curriculum ideology and politics.
