摘 要:旨在探讨面向西部地区医学生开展基于优慕课课程建设的应用效果和优化策略。以青海大学2021级68名医学研究生为研究对象,采用调查法,实施并分析了学生的应用体验。调查问卷结果显示,基于优慕课的课程建设有助于学生提高学习效果,锻炼并启发其自主协作学习能力和科研思路,但也反馈出学生对教学大纲和课程思政的关注度不高,更重视专业课的学习;学生的“学习的主体”作用偏弱,研究型教学设计不够合理;优慕课操作烦琐复杂等问题。优化的策略包括:修订完善教学大纲,纳入思政内容及考核机制;优化研究型教学设计,提升学生深度学习能力;制定优慕课App操作说明。This paper aims to explore the application effect and optimization strategy of the course construction based on MOOC for medical students in western China.Taking 68 medical postgraduates of Grade 21 of our university as research objects,the application experience of the students is implemented and analyzed by means of investigation.The results of the questionnaire show that the course construction based on MOOC helps students improve their learning effect,exercise and inspire their autonomous collaborative learning ability and scientific research ideas.However,some problems are also reported:(1)Students do not pay much attention to the teaching syllabus and curriculum ideology and politics,but pay more attention to the study of specialized courses;(2)The role of students᾽“main body of learning”is weak,and the research teaching design is not reasonable;(3)The operation of excellent MOOC is complicated and so on.The optimization strategies include:(1)Revising and perfecting the teaching syllabus,including ideological and political content and assessment mechanism;(2)Optimize research-based teaching design to enhance students᾿deep learning ability;(3)Develop the operation instructions of the App.
