摘  要:探讨以岗位需求为导向的分层培训模式对广西医科大学第一附属医院PICU护士进行培训及培训效果。根据护士在PICU工作年限及专业能力、综合素质等,将护士分为3个层级,根据不同层级护士的特点制订相应的培训计划进行培训。通过以岗位需求为导向的分层级培训,满足了不同层级护士的学习需求,培养了具有扎实的专业理论知识及专业技术能力的专科护士,提高了PICU护士的临床综合素质。以岗位需求为导向的分层培训提高了PICU护士综合素质及护理团队的凝聚力。To explore the effect of post-demand-oriented hierarchical training model on PICU nurses in hospital,they were divided into three levels according to their years of service in PICU,professional ability and comprehensive quality.Training plans were formulated according to the characteristics of different levels of nurses.It showed that post-demand-oriented hierarchical training could met the needs of nurses at different levels,culture specialized nurses with solid professional theoretical knowledge and professional technical ability,improve their clinical comprehensive quality of PICU.The post-demand-oriented hierarchical training model can improve the comprehensive quality of PICU nurses and the cohesion of the nursing team.
