盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床效果。方法:选取2022年7—12月沈阳市康平县人民医院收治的ACI患者92例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组采用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,观察组采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。比较两组美国国立卫生研究卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、血液流变学指标[全血高切黏度(HSV)、全血低切黏度(LSV)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)和血浆黏度(PSV)]及神经生长因子(NGF)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果:治疗前,两组NIHSS评分、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分降低,ADL评分升高,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组HSV、LSV、FIB、PSV水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组HSV、LSV、FIB、PSV水平降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NGF和Hcy水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NGF水平升高,Hcy水平降低,观察组NGF水平高于对照组,Hcy水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞软胶囊联合盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗ACI效果较好,可促进患者神经功能恢复,提高日常生活能力,改善血液流变学,调节NGF与Hcy水平。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride injection combined with butylphthalein softgel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:A total of 92 patients with ACI treated in Shenyang City Kangping County People's Hospital from July to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalein softgel,and the observation group was treated with tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride injection combined with butylphthalein softgel.National Health Study Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Ability of Daily Living(ADL)score,hemorheology indexes(high-shear whole blood viscosity(HSV),low-shear whole blood viscosity(LSV),plasma fibrinogen(FIB)and plasma viscosity(PSV))and nerve growth factor(NGF),homocysteine(Hcy)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score and ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,NIHSS score decreased and ADL score increased in both groups,NIHSS score in observation group was lower than control group,ADL score was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of HSV,LSV,FIB and PSV between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of HSV,LSV,FIB and PSV in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NGF and Hcy levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,NGF level increased and Hcy level decreased in both groups,NGF level in observation group was higher than control group,Hcy level was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalein softgel combined with tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride injection has a good effect on the treatment of ACI,
