整体护理在神经外科颅内动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 分析整体护理在神经外科颅内动脉瘤介入治疗中的效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2023年6月我院神经外科行颅内动脉瘤介入治疗的200例患者,按照护理方法的不同均分为观察组(100例,整体护理)和对照组(100例,常规护理),分析两组护理满意度、护理后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及并发症。结果 观察组护理满意度、护理后MoCA评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分、并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 整体护理在神经外科颅内动脉瘤介入治疗中的效果理想,提高护理满意度,改善认知功能,改善心理状态,并发症发生风险低,安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing in neurosurgical interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysm.Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing interventional treatment for intracranial aneurysms in the Department of Neurosurgery of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=100,holistic nursing) and control group(n=100,routine nursing) according to different nursing methods.Nursing satisfaction,post-care Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA) score,Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMA),Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMD) and complications were analyzed in the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction and MoCA score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The HAMA,HAMD scores and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Holistic nursing in neurosurgery intracranial aneurysm interventional treatment effect is ideal,improve nursing satisfaction,improve cognitive function,improve psychological state,low risk of complications,high safety.
